How Can I Return a Product?
You can only return a product if it has any manufacturing defects. If this happens, we will replace it free of charge. We will not be able to handle returns or exchanges otherwise.
Our products consists of hand-crafted items that are not all perfect and identical. We check our products before delivering to ensure quality control. Eligibility of returns would be evaluated on a case by case basis.
How Can I Exchange a Defective Product?
Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery, specifying that you would like to exchange the item for a new one. If your item is eligible, we will reply with specific instructions.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept payment via PayPal.
All charges by payment gateways will be fully absorbed by us.
What currency are the prices in?
They are in SGD
How do I place an Order?
Choose the quantity of the item you want, and press the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
You will see that the product with the option you have chosen is inserted in your cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and enter your details.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Once you have submitted your order, chances are that you will not be able to cancel or change it since we try out best to process your order right away.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with your order number and request to cancel your order. We will try our best to see how we can rectify the issue, but no guarantees on that.
Do I need an Account to place an Order?
You need an account to checkout. No worries, it is as easy as the standard checkout process and choosing a password.
